Hi! I'm Lynn Peters
I'm here to help you throughout your entire home buying and selling process. Trying to do it all on your own can be burdensome. I'll find you homes within your price range, help you find buyers, assist you with paperwork, and more.
I have been a Realtor in Northwest Florida since 2004 and have a strong working knowledge of the inventory, contracts and all aspects of Real Estate, due in part to the 60+ hours I dedicate each year to teaching other Realtors. Since becoming a Realtor, I have been Rising Star (2006), Director, Realtor of the Year (2014) and President (2014) of the Pensacola Association of Realtors. I am committed to improving the professionalism in our Realtor Community and continuously involved with Florida Realtors on numerous committees including having been elected as Florida Realtors District Vice President for the Panhandle of Florida, District 9, in 2020. As a Military Relocation Professional, I make it my top priority to assist our Military Service members and their Families with seamless transactions, whether to buy, sell or lease. As your Buyer's Representative, we can make the process of house hunting much easier and more efficient than if you did it all yourself. We can help you get financing, guide you to local neighborhoods, help you determine your budget, and prioritize a list of essential features that you need in your next home. We'll save you valuable time by finding the properties that best suit your requirements, and will show you only the most promising ones.
Once you've found a place that catches your eye, we'll look at comparable properties in the area to help determine a purchase offer. Then we'll negotiate on your behalf with the seller to make sure you get the most favorable terms.
It's our job to look after your best interests, and we will do so at no cost to you as a buyer.
